We are a boutique french pastry shop that specializes in handcrafted, gourmet baked goods.

The patisserie is named after my daughter Inès who inspires me every day with her curiosity and intellect.

We choose to make our products with high quality ingredients and adhere to a seasonal philosophy using fresh, locally grown produce. Each pastry is individually crafted by hand with finesse.
